Complaints procedure
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied, I would like to hear from my client personally. And hopefully we can resolve it together in conversation. Should that not work, it is important to know that a complaint can be filed by filling out the complaint form on the website of the VIT, my professional association. This is received by the Complaints Contact Person. Who will check if all details surrounding the complaint are clear and if this is the case the SCAG will deploy a complaints officer.
This arrangement falls under the complaint law of the Law on quality, complaints and disputes care (Wkkgz). For this can be contacted my professional association: https://vit-therapeuten.nl/de-vit/
In accordance with this law I am also affiliated with the arbitration body SCAG (member number 17238). This dispute body is authorized to give binding advice in order to reach a settlement between the parties.
I am also registered in the Register of Complementary Care Professionals (RBCZ), which makes me subject to their disciplinary law via the Foundation for Disciplinary Law of Complementary Care (TCZ).
